Dear Diary,

   We've arrived at Cape Verde. Janis told me that there were pirates around, so I decided to be very careful. Thankfully, I was over collecting plants most of the time, so I didnıt see any. However, Agent X got hurt when he met the pirates yesterday, so he came to Dr. MacCormick, and I helped him make Agent X feel better. Also, Hilot lost his watch, and Lucky befriended them. I think that I was very lucky not to run into pirates today.
   Mary Tuna found a Jellyfish today! It was very interesting to see it, and I think itıs a bad idea to keep it, but I canıt tell the captain what to do, so Iıll just pretend I think itıs wonderful. Also, Sammy has discovered my catnip! She (correct me if Iım wrong) has eaten most of the leaves off of my plant and has proceeded to do whatever cats do when theyıve had catnip. (I forget what they do, because my cat died a few years ago.)
