About Page

January 4th 1831 Sometime near two AM

Well, Fred's fears were confirmed, for the sky darkened, leaving the room totally dark, for no sunlight could drift into the chamber in which I lie...
        Tough can it be?
As if by the gods did a beam of light strike,
        With precision did it hit,
                upon the water near,
and oh how the water doth turn,
        As the ship lay astray,
                Drifting on the waves,
                Rocking without knowing where
For the wind may carry it
The sails have been drawn back,
So that the guiding cloth not break,
And lead us astray in the waters.
