   To my long private friend,

Today I have started a long voyage. We actually went back in time and now we're in 1831! The voyage has only begun but I feel like I know a lot about what is happening.
I have been chosen to take care of the animals on board the ship, such as pigs, horses, cats, and even my dog Lucky! I have to feed them, wash, and even pick up their messes! But, I am very happy that Aliaranel is on board the ship with us! She said that she would use the dung as plant fertilizer! It makes some sense seeing how many plants she brought on board! So as I was giving Aliaranel some of the dung, all of the sudden I heard a few fatal meows coming from the other side of the ship. Since I was curious, I rushed over only to see that Sammy (the ship's cat) was eating mice from the inside of the ship. I patted her on the head and left her alone. As I was walking back from seeing Sammy, I saw that Mr. X was tuning up his gun and looking like he was about to shoot. I ducked down and I just looked back for a split second to see if he had stopped. As he stopped, I came out from hiding and scurried back to my job.
Now all was fine. I told to myself as I was watching Elfin (the ship's main pig) eat half a potato. I sighed and reached for another potato to feed Elfin when I saw that Darwin was coming straight toward me. I never had talked to him much so I glanced over as I caught his eyesight. He smiled and I then smiled back as he disappeared. It looked like he had vanished into thin air! I wondered for minutes until I became dizzy with thought. I decided to forget him and get back to my job seeing I was trying to be promoted. I reached for another potato, I was about to give it to Elfin but strangely she wasn't there! I kept telling my self 'this was no time to panic' until I couldn't stand it so I left the room and started searching for Elfin.
"Where could that mischievous little pig be?" I asked myself that as I kept looking. I kept running across the ship until I saw Agent X. Not thinking I ran right passed him and tripped over his left foot. I landed flat on my face but managed to get back up and keep running. I was rubbing my head until I finally saw Elfin. Now she was running in circles like a mad woman and I wondered why. I didn't even stop to pet Elfin on the head, I just gently put my hand around her collar and I managed to get her moving. I walked past Mr. X who was still playing with that gun of his. It made me worry so I just rushed past him with Elfin and returned to my work.
When I got there I opened Elfin's pen and put her inside. She seemed a bit happier being in her pen than wandering the whole ship. I was worried about her so I patted her on the head and gave her a little mud to bathe in. After that she seemed a bit happier but I couldn't spend too much time with her because it would be unfair to all the others who wanted some food. As I got up, I soon picked up Lucky from the Captain's quarters and fed her tiny pieces of potato skins. She licked her little wet nose and she then put her head on my elbow. I cuddled her for moments until I realized that this was no time for a break! I plopped Lucky onto the floor as I reached for some water. I managed to be tall enough to get a bottle but then again I had to stand on a stool to get the human bottles. I grabbed a bottle off of the shelf and put some down into water bowls, buckets and even some food tins. Once I had finished giving water I noticed all of the animals were drinking a little water and eating some food. I smiled and now thought about how I was so busy I completely forgot about Aliaranel! I was a little embarrassed about it so I rushed into the garden room.
As I entered, I realized that Aliaranel was tapping her foot and I couldn't help but saying "Uh..." It was all that came out of my mouth. I felt like an idiot when she started at me looking like she was raising her eyebrow. I said "Good-bye" and left the room after she kept staring like a mindless zombie. Once I left the room, I scurried back and forth to my job.
By the time I got back, I noticed I had spent my whole day scurrying here and there, and I was very tired. I realized I had to go and snuggle up in my nice warm hammock!
It was great mailing you! I hope you write back!
