Dear Diary,
    Have you ever felt like someone has been watching you? Well, I had the exact feeling today. I was chatting with Sipho down in the gunroom when I just had a sudden feeling like I was being watched over. I looked around, nobody was there except Sipho, a crew member who I don't know the name of, and me. I still felt it when the crew member left.
   Then I told Sipho. Sipho said I must be just have the feeling because of the pirates. They're was a little massacre when few things went missing, but it turned out that a bird had built a nest up on a sail and was stealing the things. We managed to get the things back and the bird let us. She hadn't laid any eggs, thank goodness.
   So, I took Siphos' advice and calmed down a bit, but the feeling still stayed with me. I told myself to forget it. I am realizing that this feeling only starts when I enter the gunroom and ends as I leave it. I told Uncle about it, but he reckons that it maybe just a feeling that I get ever since the pirates. I am not convinced.
   There are more rats than ever on this ship, so I am careful to not let any of them get to Poena or Flower. Uncle has ordered that rat poison to be put around the ship, but I said that we should just gather them all up. I have been visited by some rats that are nice. Seven of them in all. I actually think that they play with Poena and Flower. I have gathered them all up now. I have named them after the seven dwarves. There is Doc, Happy, Sneezey, Bashful, Sleepy, Grumpy, Dopey. I am tired, so tired that i can not write another word.
