December 27th or 28th 1831-- time unknown
At that point we had just made my way out of the trapdoor into the magazine.
We then moved to the gun storeroom. Where I made another discovery worth noting: one of the guns wasnąt from this time; in fact it was a modern day shotgun. (Gasp!) Now, I was sure the evil travel agency had more people in the ship. I removed the shotgun from the gunroom, along with its ammunition, which Fred carried. The shotgun managed to fit into my back pocket along with everything else: Fred, my watch, $2.56 , the paper cups, half of a guidebook, some of the sail patches, my pen, my map, a shotgun, shotgun shells, and this book.
As I made my way into the slop room, of which I had no idea of what it was, I found myself surrounded in (gasp) clothes! And so, I discovered that the slop room is where the crews uniforms and outfits are kept. I figured that the crew wouldnąt need many clothes so I got myself a few changes of clothes for myself, as well as a few bits of spare cloth for Fred. As I moved along the slop room I found it got narrow at one point. Unsure on what to do next, I moved back a bit to where the light better fell from the ceiling and checked my watch, 9:58 pm.
It was then looking at my map that I realized I had a problem. The narrow part of the room was above the spirit room, where the men where undoubtedly getting themselves drunk while the supplies were high. Fred noted to me that after the men have had their hangovers in the morning, they would have to get clothes to change into. I was getting tired as well.
